Terms of Service and Citizen Access Agreement

⚖️1. Acceptance of Terms and Capacity to Contract

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between you (the "User") and AllTeer.in (the "Publisher"). Accessing, browsing, querying, or downloading data from AllTeer confirms your unconditional acceptance of these terms in accordance with Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Section 11 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

If you do not possess legal capacity to enter into a binding contract or do not agree with every provision set forth herein, you must immediately terminate your session and cease all access to this platform.

🛡️2. Independent Informational Status: Absolute Non-Gambling Declaration

AllTeer operates exclusively as an independent newsdesk, historical statistical archive, and civic educational service. The User explicitly acknowledges and agrees to the following structural principles:

• Zero Wagering Venue: AllTeer is not a gaming venue, lottery house, bookmaker, betting syndicate, casino, or wagering exchange.
• No Financial Transactions: We do not sell lottery tickets, solicit wagers, collect entry fees, hold stakes, process prize disbursements, or accept remittances of any kind.
• No Intermediary Service: AllTeer does not act as an agent, broker, or courier for licensed operators or unlicensed third parties. All tools, charts, and records are provided 100% free of charge.

🔞3. Mandatory 18+ Age Threshold and Territorial Compliance

Participation in lotteries and traditional archery betting is subject to strict age limitations and territorial bans under Indian law. The User warrants that:

• The User is at least 18 years of age (or 21 years of age in jurisdictions where higher thresholds apply).
• The User is accessing this platform from a territory where viewing public lottery statistics and archival records is lawful.
• The User acknowledges that certain Indian states prohibit all forms of lottery participation and gambling under state enactments. The User bears sole responsibility for verifying compliance with local statutory laws.

📖4. Limited Personal and Non-Commercial Research License

AllTeer grants the User a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and view content strictly for personal, non-commercial informational research.

Except as expressly permitted under Indian copyright fair-dealing provisions for criticism, review, and news reporting, you may not systematically reproduce, republish, mirror, sell, license, or commercially exploit any compilation, analysis, or design asset from this website without prior written authorization from our editorial board.

🔒5. Anti-Scraping, Server Integrity, and Prohibited Conduct

To ensure reliable public access and reliable low-latency access for all citizens, the User agrees not to engage in prohibited technical conduct:

• Denial of Service: Launching automated scripts, load testing, or flood queries that impair server stability or cause denial of service.
• Unauthorized Automated Scraping: Deploying headless scrapers, high-frequency bot crawlers, or screen scrapers that bypass robots.txt directives or flood internal API endpoints.
• Code Injection & Tampering: Introducing malicious payloads, SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), or reverse-engineering server routines.
• Commercial Relabeling: Framing AllTeer pages within third-party gambling webframes or displaying our live feeds alongside commercial betting advertisements.

🏛️6. Intellectual Property and Nominative Fair Use

The AllTeer brand, typography, stylesheet architecture, custom SVG infographics, data organization schema, and dual-layer verification algorithms are the intellectual property of AllTeer.

All trademarks, game names, official emblems, and jurisdiction identifiers referenced on this platform (including Shillong Teer, Khanapara Teer, Juwai Teer, Nagaland State Lotteries, Directorate of Kerala State Lotteries, and Kolkata Fatafat) belong exclusively to their respective government departments, statutory boards, or licensed sports associations. Reference to these marks is strictly nominative, descriptive, and intended for factual public reporting under Section 30 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

📜7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Gazette Supremacy

All information, scores, historical records, and analytical tables published on AllTeer are provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.

While AllTeer enforces a multi-source cross-referencing engine to eliminate discrepancies, unforeseen network transmission errors or operator bulletin revisions may occur. The Official State Government Gazette, authorized operator announcement board, and official lottery draw bulletin constitute the sole legally binding determination of winning numbers. Players must retain their physical tickets and verify outcomes with authorized retailers before submitting prize claims.

⚠️8. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, AllTeer, its editors, developers, infrastructure providers, and legal counsel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Any ticket purchase, wager, or financial expenditure made by the User through third-party retail counters or independent operators.
• Any reliance placed upon historical numbers, common number projections, dream interpretations, or analytical charts.
• Any interruption, latency, server outage, telecommunication failure, or typographical transmission error in the live scoreboard.
• Any dispute between the User and any lottery organizing agency, licensed archery association, or ticket distribution agent.

9. User Indemnification

The User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AllTeer, its founders, editors, and operational staff against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and legal fees arising from the User's breach of these Terms of Service, violation of any statutory provision, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Exclusive Seat

These Terms of Service are governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India and the State of Meghalaya, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Shillong, Meghalaya. The proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Subject to arbitration, the courts situated in Shillong, East Khasi Hills District, Meghalaya shall exercise exclusive civil and writ jurisdiction over any legal proceeding arising hereunder.
